Who is this for?

This programme is suitable for assistant site managers, first line supervisors or those just starting out in a construction supervisory role.

This is a structured personal development programme leading to a nationally recognised qualification. On completion of the programme candidates are eligible to apply for a Gold CSCS Skilled Card (subject to successful completion of the CSCS health and safety test).

The programme combines ongoing assessments against the NVQ standards with optional off-site training days to support candidates in developing underpinning knowledge which is then assessed against the relevant NVQ units.

Course Duration

The duration of this course will vary depending on the units chosen to undertake.

Accreditation

Site Assessed Route (SAR)
This route allows experienced workers to demonstrate their competence by direct observation, professional discussion and witness testimony collected by our dedicated NVQ assessor.

Additional Information

We use an assessment system that is based on electronic evidence gathering. Footage is recorded over a series of site visits and burned onto CD/DVD to be presented with the NVQ certificate at the end of each successful course.


Mileage costs may be applied to training taking place over 25 miles from our sites.
