Who is this for?
The Business Improvement Techniques N/SVQs benefit both employers and employees by offering a wide choice of assessment routes to suit the widest possible range of needs.
The purpose of this NVQ is to enable employees to make a contribution to the overall improvement of the business. The NVQ is not about doing the job, but how to continuously improve the processes and procedures involved in carrying out the job. It is important therefore that prospective candidates are given time to identify and solve problems through team-working and applying business improvement techniques.
The Business Improvement Technique NVQ can be applied to any business that is prepared to make changes and improve the way the business activities are carried out.
In order to achieve the above, it is essential that senior management are familiar with the principles of BIT prior to the start of the NVQs.
Course Duration
The duration of this qualification is variable dependant on units chosen.
Accreditation
This NVQ is accredited by EMTA EAL.
Additional Information
Training Express uses an assessment system that is based on electronic evidence gathering. Footage is recorded over a series of site visits and burned onto CD to be presented with the NVQ certificate at the end of each successful course.
Mileage costs may be applied to training taking place over 25 miles from our sites.
