Who is this for?

This course has been designed for operators who wish to apply pesticide using mounted or trailed equipment & requires National Proficiency Test Council Certification PA2.

Course Duration

This is a 1 day course with an NPTC assessment.

Accreditation

On completion of the training candidates will need to undertake an NPTC assessment

Additional Information

Max of 4 candidates per 1 machine
OR 6 candidates per 2 machines

Mileage costs may be applied to training taking place over 25 miles from our sites.

What the law says

The Control of Pesticide Regulations 1986
requires anyone who uses pesticides in the course of business or employment to have
received adequate instruction and guidance in the safe, efficient and humane use of such pesticides, and to be competent in the duties undertaken. The National Proficiency Test Council awards a certificate of competence, recognised by legislation.
