Who is this for?

This 4 hour course has been designed to meet the requirements of the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

By law your first aid risk assessment will determine how many appointed persons your organisation will require. The course is suitable for all staff and has huge benefits to ensuring a safe workplace.

Additional Information

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
assess situations and carry out appropriate action including informing emergency services.
carry out artificial ventilations and chest compressions.
place a casualty in the recovery position and know when to use this position.
clear obstructed airways / control severe bleeding.
recognise and treat shock

Maximum 12 candidates per day.

Mileage costs may be applied to training taking place over 25 miles from our sites.
